This beachy, three bedroom upper level unit is steps to the Balboa Village and one block from the beach. With easy access to the oceanfront and a great balcony, you can enjoy the comfort of classic beach living. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with attached bath. The second bedroom has a twin and a full, the third bedroom has another queen, and there is a queen-size futon in the living room.

Unit comes stocked with beach chairs, beach towels, passes for 2 free two hour paddle board rentals and passes for 4 free all day bike rentals at Balboa Beach and Bicycle Boutique a few blocks down.

Beat the summer parking rush with one reserved garage space. Enjoy provided WiFi and cable TV, as well as immediate walking-distance access to beaches, restaurants, bars, the Balboa Island Ferry, the Catalina Flyer and shopping and fun in the Balboa Village area.

This unit rents Friday to Friday for Summer 2018. No central air, but there are two window mounted AC units and fans. No smoking, in the unit or on the premises. No pets. Minimum primary renter age of 25. Photo ID required. Pets considered, so long as management is notified and with additional deposit. Book now, before the week you want is gone!

    Our family enjoyed our stay here. The location is super convenient, basically 2 blocks to the beach or 2 blocks to the Fun Zone. The duplex was very clean and the management extremely accommodating and helpful.The cozy porch is the best feature. We stayed out there most of the time. There are 2 small AC window units and portable fans in the bedrooms which were needed at night. Parking can be a challenge if you have an extra car but not impossible. Would definitely stay again.

    We visited from Arizona to spend a relaxing weekend at the beach and go to an Angels game. The rental had a very nice location and was an easy walk to the beach. There were shops and restaurants in the area. The garage space was small but fit our full sized sedan so it worked for us. The rental was clean and the front porch was really nice and relaxing. Our only complaint was the overhead fan in the master bedroom seemed like it could use some work, it shook a lotwhen it was on. Otherwise a great trip!

    Had a lot of fun here. It's not on the boardwalk or the main drag, but a side street in a quiet residential neighborhood. You're a close walk to the beach and the restaurants but everything is not all up in your face. That was nice. Garage was a little tight but it's okay. House is great. They did a good job with the furnishings. Clean. Everything worked. Would definitely stay again.
