This wonderful Balboa Island home was just fully renovated, and is now available for booking. Centrally located and offering new Pottery Barn furnishings, air conditioning, high-end WiFi, cable TV, and more, this lovely three bedroom home is a delightfully stylish fusion of modern luxury and classic beachside living.

The master bedroom has a California king sized bed, bathroom and walk in closet. The adjacent family room has a queen sized sleeper sofa as well. Right down the hall is a kids room with a bunk bed (a twin / full) and twin with trundle. The downstairs has a bedroom with a full sized bed, should you have any guests with mobility issues that may not want to negotiate the stairs and there is one car parking in the garage.

Enjoy a casual evening lounging on your side patio, complete with outdoor fireplace, BBQ and cozy furniture.

This unit rents Friday to Friday for 4th of July week, and 3 night minimums for the rest of summer. No smoking, in the unit or on the premises. No pets. Minimum primary renter age of 25. Photo ID required. Book now, before the week you want is gone!

    The home was very clean, welcoming and in a great location. Beautiful decor with lots of windows and light! Family and I enjoyed our walks around the island's beautiful neighborhoods and enjoyed food and shopping on the main street Marine. The property is in a great location, close to ferry and downtown! It was an overall wonderful experience.
