This spacious oceanfront-and-boardwalk, two bedroom unit rests on the edge of the Balboa Park and just steps to the sea. Enjoy the comfort of beach living with ceramic tile floors, granite countertops, and relaxing, stylish accommodations. The master bedroom has a Queen-size bed with attached bath. The second bedroom has two full beds with separate bath, and there is a Queen-size futon in the living room.

From there, it's on to the beachfront patio which opens to the Balboa Park, warm sands and sparkling Pacific. The patio is shared, but divided, so each side gets their own patio space for people watching on the boardwalk, barbecues and toasting the beautiful sunsets.

Beat the summer parking rush with a reserved parking space next to the Balboa Arcade, just one block down from the unit. Enjoy provided WiFi and cable TV, as well as immediate walking-distance access to beaches, restaurants, bars, the Balboa Island Ferry, the Catalina Flyer and shopping and fun in the Balboa Village area.

This unit rents Saturday to Saturday for Summer 2018. Minimum 3 nights, maximum 9 months in the off season. No air conditioning. No smoking, in the unit or on the premises. No pets. Minimum primary renter age of 25. Photo ID required. Book now, before the dates you want are gone!

    The property was exactly as described. We arrived a couple hours early and asked if possible for early entry. The Unit had been cleaned so management let us in.
    The dumpster was overflowing with trash, it did take 2 calls to management to have it emptied but management gave us a credit for the inconvenience. Parking is at a premium so the assigned parking at the property proved to be beneficial.
    The Unit is within walking distance to all activities, the beach, restaurants, shopping. Grocery shopping was a distance but online shopping with delivery was available.
    I would recommend the property and would be confident with any property offered through White Sail Realty.
